All the Tuber Melanosporum (Fresh Black Truffle) is harvested during the winter months. At that time it is cleaned, graded and sliced ready for drying. After drying, the truffle is packaged ready for use.

All produce is grown and harvested on the premises in a controlled and sustainable environment.

When Fresh Black Truffle isn’t available, using Dried Truffle means you can still enhance your foods flavour.
